Rock band Rebecca, which has produced numerous hit songs, is launching a premium Billboard Live tour. After their major debut in 1984, frontwoman NOKKO's cute yet powerful vocals and fashion drew attention and sparked a massive breakout. Their fourth single "Friends" became a big hit, and the album itself went on to million-seller status. However, at the peak of their popularity, they suddenly disbanded in 1991. They later reunited for a 2015 concert at Yokohama Arena, and in 2017 completed a nationwide tour for the first time in about 28 and a half years.
