Ren Takada, who marked his 20th anniversary since his solo debut this June, will hold a commemorative live to celebrate this memorial year. Since his 2002 solo debut, alongside his own activities, he has taken on numerous roles arranging and producing for other artists, and has contributed music to many films, TV dramas, stage productions, and commercials. The collaborators for this performance are longtime allies who have played with him for years: Daichi Ito (drums), Wataru Iga (bass), and Tetsuya Hataya (keys). This autumn, it has also been decided that an eight‑piece‑band, live‑recorded album titled “CONCERT FOR MODERN TIMES”—the first new work in about three years—will be released, recorded in a single take during a live performance in the auditorium of the Jiyu Gakuen Myōkan, a National Important Cultural Property. Always pursuing new challenges, Ren Takada invites you to a premium stage that traces 20 years of his journey with his allies—enjoy the show.
