Ai Furuhata, who shot to prominence as a voice actress in Love Live! Sunshine!! and has continued to rise as a solo artist, will hold her birthday concert again, following 2021 and 2022. While continuing her musical activities with Aqours, the school idol group in the same work, she began her solo career in June 2020 with the Akimitsu Honma-produced track “CITY.” Her self-penned lyrics fuse beautifully with a sound produced and arranged by Honma, conceived with an “80’s city pop” concept, bringing a fresh breeze to the modern Reiwa era. Having staged three nationwide tours so far, she continues to accelerate the momentum of her activities; this special performance on a memorable day, where you can hear her singing, is a must-see.
