An additional concert by SHISHAMO, a three-piece rock band celebrating its 10th CD debut anniversary, has been scheduled at Billboard Live Tokyo. Formed in the high school light music club in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, they began full-fledged band activities as soon as they graduated from high school in 2013. In November of the same year, they released their debut album “SHISHAMO.” In January 2016, just two years after their CD debut, their first Nippon Budokan solo concert sold out, and in 2017 they appeared on the 68th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen. In 2022, they entered their 10th-anniversary year since their CD debut, and this November they held a 2-day LIVE at Pia Arena MM to close out the 10th anniversary year, a memory still fresh. That momentum shows no signs of slowing, as SHISHAMO released their first acoustic album on November 8, the 10th Anniversary Acoustic Album “ACOUSTIC SHISHAMO.” To commemorate the release, an acoustic live show will be held at Billboard Live.
