Anka Ariyasu began her entertainment activities in childhood, appearing in commercials, dramas, and films across various media. From July 2009 for eight years she was a member of Momoiro Clover Z, graduating in January 2018. Since then she has released music as a solo artist and undertaken nationwide tours, expanding her wide-ranging musical activities. Anka Ariyasu's first Billboard Live performance will be a special live show delivering authentic jazz. Collaborating with Anka Ariyasu are band members such as Jose James and Nate Smith, and the internationally active jazz pianist Takeji Obayashi, who has served as MISIA’s bandleader. With a band lineup featuring vocals, piano, bass, and drums, the performance invites you to enjoy a new page in Anka Ariyasu’s journey in the same space.

We can finally announce it!

I've watched many artists' lives at Billboard Live and Blue Note over the years, and I’ve always wanted to stand on this stage and sing someday.

I am truly looking forward to delivering the jazz—the music I have treasured and prepared to perform!

For me, next year’s February 2024 live tour isn’t the finish line of a dream come true, but the starting line of my future “Jazz Note.”

I’m still learning and this will be a big new challenge, but I’m very excited to be able to sess with world-class musicians who perform internationally.
