Ibuki Takai, a singer-songwriter whose live performances are centered on piano-vocal sets, takes the stage with a band. She began classical piano at age five and, influenced by a wide range of music, has been active in earnest since 2013. In 2015 she released her first mini-album, 'yoru wo koeru,' and since then has contributed songs and vocals to numerous commercials, including Pocari Sweat Jelly. Last year marked her 10th anniversary as an artist, and she released the piano-driven EP 'PIANO.' Making her Billboard Live debut under the name 'Ibuki Takai and the Sleeping Constellation,' that December's live recording was released by Billboard JAPAN Records. For this stage, a lineup of distinctive, accomplished band members—Mei Inoue, Hiroki Chiba, Taikimen, and Naoki Takahashi—will back her for a one-night-only performance.
