LUCKY TAPES, the solo project of Umi Takahashi, has announced its first live show since the relaunch, set to be held at Billboard Live Tokyo. After releasing its debut single in April 2015, the act has released five albums to date. Its refined sound rooted in soul music has earned high praise, and in 2016 it made its first appearance at Fuji Rock Festival. It has performed at numerous major domestic festivals, and its activities have extended beyond Japan to the Asian region, with energetic live activities in China, Taiwan, Korea, and Thailand.
