Satomi Kobayashi, who has appeared in numerous works as an actor, will hold her first Billboard Live performance. She made her screen debut in the 1982 film The Transfer Student. In addition to starring in many acclaimed works—the TV dramas Yappari Neko ga Suki and Suika, and the films Kamome Diner, The Paper Moon, and Tsuyukusa—as well as stage plays Ashura no Gotoku and Ano Ōkarasu, Sae mo—she is also active as a writer, working across a wide range of fields. In 2024, directed by Kyoko Koizumi and with ASA-CHANG as music director, and with Sadao Abe appearing as a guest, she held her first-ever concert. Building on that inaugural concert, this upcoming performance is certain to be a premium stage delivered under Kyoko Koizumi’s direction and Mochiron’s planning.
