Since debuting in 2002 with the single "Moraikaki" (Borrowed Tears), the singer Yo Hitoto—renowned for her superb vocal ability and emotionally rich performances that have earned broad support across generations—will launch a Billboard Live Tour in Tokyo and Osaka for the first time in about five years.
