SCANDAL, a four-piece girl band from Osaka, will perform at Billboard Live for the first time in eight years. Formed in 2006 by four members who belonged to the same dance-and-vocal school—HARUNA (Vo/Gt), MAMI (Gt/Vo), TOMOMI (Ba/Vo), and RINA (Dr/Vo)—SCANDAL made their major debut in 2008 with the single "DOLL." They have performed live both domestically and internationally, and in recent years have gained support as fashion icons, including producing the apparel brand "FEEDBACK."
