Since forming in 1991, L'Arc-en-Ciel, led by and featuring the band's bassist TETSUYA, has continued to captivate fans around the world. The Billboard Live performances, which have become an annual tradition since 2022, will be held again this year. He is also actively involved with L'Arc-en-Ciel's tribute band Like-an-Angel, and in August he will perform at a large outdoor festival in Indonesia.
