Overview
Having made his debut as the vocalist for THE BOOM in 1989, Kazushi Miyazawa celebrated his 35th anniversary last year. In addition to the numerous hit songs he has written and provided lyrics for other artists, he has continued to perform with the multinational band GANGA ZUMBA and as a solo singer. A special project that lets you fully experience the Brazilian music that is indispensable to describing his sound will be held for four days at Billboard Live venues in Tokyo and Yokohama.
The first installment features GANGA ZUMBA, a multinational, elite lineup of 10 distinctive musicians centered around him, including Hiro Takano and Marcos Suzano, whose nationalities, languages, and musical backgrounds differ. Ahead of next year’s 20th anniversary of its formation, a long-awaited solo performance will be realized.
