A one-night Tokyo concert by the Temple University Jazz Band, led by Terell Stafford, featuring legendary trumpeter Randy Brecker, following their spectacular victory at the 2026 National College Jazz Championship.

The Temple University Jazz Band, led by Terell Stafford, is active mainly in Philadelphia and New York, and also conducts tours across the United States as well as overseas to Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, and beyond.

They won the inaugural Jack Rudin Jazz Competition held at Jazz at Lincoln Center, and have since consistently finished in the top two each year, boasting one of the premier ensembles in the United States.

To date, they have performed with many renowned artists who represent the jazz world, including Freddie Cole, Jon Faddis, Benny Golson, Jimmy Heath, Clark Terry, Frank Wess, Joe Wilder, and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra.
