Devon Allman and Duane Betts. Both have built their careers as solo artists in the world of American roots music and have earned reputations as modern guitar heroes. The Allman Betts Band, bringing these two together, will launch a Billboard Live Tour in the spring. Their music, which freely blends blues, Americana, and Southern soul, delivers timeless, universal rock that transcends eras. Their debut album Down to the River, released in 2019, topped the iTunes Rock chart, reached the Top 10 on multiple Billboard charts, and built a solid fan base on a world tour. Also, the annual Allman Betts Family Revival has drawn worldwide attention as a gathering that celebrates the bonds of music, featuring a star-studded lineup of guests. In 1989, the two began touring as children under the guidance of their fathers, Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts (both founding members of the Allman Brothers Band). That bond deepened, and after the 2017 Fillmore show in San Francisco, their band activity became fully established. Since then, they have performed more than 100 shows around the world and have continued to write new material between tours. While carrying on their fathers' legacies, they deliver music for modern audiences. That is the Allman Betts Band's mission and its one-of-a-kind appeal.
