Junichi Inagaki, a leading figure in the J-pop/AOR scene, and Satoshi Takabe, a composer-arranger and music producer, will present a special session stage.

Since his debut in 1982, Junichi Inagaki has delivered numerous classics, including “Dramatic Rain” and “By the Time Christmas Carols Come Around.” This year, he is actively expanding his activities, including the annual concept live and a nationwide tour. Furthermore, next year—marking his 45th anniversary since debut—a 45th-anniversary commemorative tour is scheduled to begin in January. His expansive, silky voice and urban sound continue to resonate across generations, touching the hearts of many people.

Satoshi Takabe, who will share the stage, is a renowned figure in the Japanese music scene, having worked as a keyboardist and arranger for numerous artists, and since 1983 has served as the music director for Yumi Matsutoya’s concert tours. He has produced Hitoto Yo, Miki Imai, Ken Hirai, JUJU, and many other artists, and has been involved in the music for numerous dramas, films, and anime works. In recent years, he has contributed to the music for the film THE FIRST SLAM DUNK and served as music director for Yuzuru Hanyu ICE STORY 2023 “GIFT.” In the Billboard Classics Premium Orchestra Concert series, he has also produced Hiroko Yakushimaru, Kawasaki Takaya, KREVA, and Yuki Saito, among others, continuing a wide-ranging career.
