Led by Shikao Suga, the funk band Funkzaurus makes its first appearance at Billboard Live. Since their major debut in 1997, Shikao Suga’s musicality and live performances have been highly acclaimed, keeping him at the forefront of the scene. Funkzaurus made their major debut on the bonus CD of Suga’s 25th-anniversary album, “Innocent.” In 2023, they released their first EP, “Funkzaurus,” which drew attention for its groove-laden sound and humorous lyrics, and have since toured, expanding the possibilities of Japanese funk. Led by Bosszaurus, a five-member lineup bursts with “love of music”—look forward to an ecstatic performance.
