RYUSENKEI, the unit formed by Kunimondo Takiguchi and singer-songwriter Sincere, takes the stage in a full-band arrangement to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Since its start in 2001 in a band format, Ryusenkei has released works featuring guest vocalists on each album. In 2024, as Alpha Music’s revival’s first release, they issued the album Illusion, and with that work in hand, they appeared here at Billboard Live — a memory still fresh. Last year, they also released an all-time best collection, Time Machine Love 2003-25, spanning from their indie days to their latest track, “Moment of Midsummer.” Look forward to a spring performance where you can fully savor their refined, refreshing sound.
