An immortal classic, the Lupin III music’s creator Yuji Ohno leads the original Lupin Band as they appear at Billboard Live in the spring. This year marks milestones: 20 years since the formation of Yuji Ohno & Lupintic Five, 10 years since Lupintic Six, and they will even take the stage on Ohno’s 85th birthday. Although Ohno himself will not appear on this occasion, a lineup of Japan’s top-tier players will deliver the timeless Lupin sound in a dynamic and thrilling fashion. In addition, following the wishes of the saxophonist Suzuki Osho, who has supported Ohno’s music for about 20 years, multi-instrumentalist Hinata Ishii, who can deftly handle piano and sax, joins the lineup.
