Salyu, whose unique voice imbued with tremor and resonance has continually delivered memorable performances, makes her entrance. Since her 2004 debut under the name Salyu, she has pursued new expressions through live performances in various configurations and collaborations, constantly exploring beyond any fixed mold. In 2021 she continued to be active, participating in the soundtrack for the film “Zokki.” For this summer’s stage, a string quartet will participate, and Kazunori Ichikawa (Wool and the Ohana), who has shared many stages with her, will join on gut guitar. The melding of diverse string instruments and her voice will wrap the venue in a warm, refined sound, making this a truly blissful moment.
