In 2001, Shiho became the first Japanese artist to debut as the vocalist for Fried Pride on the U.S. Concord Records label, and even after Fried Pride’s activities ended in 2016, she has continued to captivate many listeners as a solo jazz vocalist. With her silky voice and exceptional vocal prowess as her strengths, she remains active in a wide range of fields—live performances and stages, participation in domestic and international festivals and events, and as a host on TV music programs. This time, she welcomes as guests Takeshi Sato and Yosuke Onuma, with whom she has shared many stages over the years, for a special stage to celebrate her 50th birthday—the birthday she loves above all—the live stage.
