Starting with the Yokohama performance, held on her milestone debut day, a three-city tour will begin. A tart made with banana-infused custard and filled with baked bananas, finished with banana-flavored cream. Decorated with chocolate trees and caramelized sugar to evoke a forest tart.
Using abundant seasonal vegetables such as zucchini and bell peppers, along with potatoes, bulgur, and conchiglie, this tomato-based soup is subtly flavored with ginger and white miso, and finished with homemade herb oil, mache, and watercress.
