Formed in 2013, the Osaka-born two-piece band yonige will perform at Billboard Live for the first time in about a year and a half. With their outstanding melodic sense and lyrical realism, and a simple yet powerful and emotional band sound, they quickly won a growing following, and in 2015 they released their first nationwide release, "Coming Spring." The music video for the track "Avocado," which helped propel them into the spotlight, has racked up 20 million views to date. In 2025, starting with a solo show at the Hibiya Park Open-Air Concert Hall in March, they will also undertake their first-ever 47-prefecture tour from May.
