Overview
24 years since Moto Chitose’s dazzling debut with “Wadatsumi no Ki.” She is kicking off a Billboard Live Tour in Tokyo and Osaka, entering her major-debut 25th anniversary year. To mark this milestone—the 25th anniversary since her indie debut this April—this concert will primarily feature two mini-albums released during her indie era. Born on Amami Ōshima in Kagoshima Prefecture and raised on Amami’s traditional folk songs, the “shima-uta,” her mystical voice continues to captivate listeners. With time and experience, Moto Chitose’s voice has gained a mellow radiance; please enjoy it fully.
