Overview
Celebrating 45 years since their formation! Japan’s world-renowned jump-jive band, 吾妻光良 & The Swinging Boppers, will hold their annual Billboard Live tour. This time it will be a commemorative show accompanying their ninth album, “Sustainable Banquet,” their first release in about five and a half years. With an average age of around 67 and a 12-piece lineup, their buoyant, high-spirited sound and humor-filled performances only grow more polished and radiant year after year. Having carried on their activities in a laid-back fashion through the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras, please join us for their double anniversary party.
