Kana Hanazawa will perform at Billboard Live for the first time in two years. Since debuting as a voice actress in the 2003 TV anime LAST EXILE, she has appeared in many popular anime works such as Bakemonogatari, PSYCHO-PASS, and Demon Slayer. With her outstanding acting ability and crystal-clear voice, she has earned fans not only in Japan but overseas as well, including China. At the same time, since her solo debut in 2012 with the single “Hoshizora☆Destination,” she has been actively pursuing her music career. In addition to her inherent crystal voice, she continues to captivate many listeners with a variety and quality of songs crafted by a strong roster of writers, including producer Katsutoshi Kitagawa (ROUND TABLE), with whom she has collaborated many times. The 2023 Billboard Live performances were part of a Tokyo–Osaka tour, and the Tokyo show was held on her birthday, making it a special concert wrapped in a celebratory mood.
