ZIN and Nao Yoshioka, whom I met at a jam session one night. The moment we exchanged sounds beyond titles and genres marked the start of “AFTER THE JAM.” ZIN, a singer from Osaka who has been at the forefront of the R&B scene, and Nao Yoshioka, who has been active both domestically and internationally. As they deliver each of their expressions, they will let the breath that was born there resonate on stage once again. A collaboration is also planned for the night. It will be a one-night-only duo show. Not a predictable arrangement, but a relationship that continues from a dialogue of sound. With R&B and soul as a backdrop, you’ll feel where these two are now, uncaged by any boundaries.
