Overview
The highly anticipated band Scary Pockets, known for delivering numerous famous songs in an exquisite funk-pop sound, makes its debut. Formed on the West Coast by Jack Conte, the other half of Pomplamoose, and his high school friend Ryan Lerman, they have uploaded over 150 funk covers of songs by artists such as The Beatles, Queen, Alicia Keys, Justin Bieber, Pharrell Williams, and Bruno Mars on YouTube, drawing attention with their innovative covers. In 2018, those recordings were released on CD worldwide for the first time, marking their Japanese debut. We want Vulfpeck fans to experience a sound that sits squarely in the heart of humor and pop sensibility, and brimming with funk.
