Overview
Orquesta de la Luz, a salsa band actively pursuing the theme “Japan Latinization Plan,” will be on stage again in 2020. Since their 1990 debut album achieved the feat of spending 11 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the US Latin charts, they have received numerous honors both domestically and internationally, including the United Nations Peace Prize and a Grammy nomination. In 2019, they celebrated their 35th anniversary and released their first original album in ten years, Gracias Salseros. A rehearsal video they released on Facebook in March of the same year reached 2.8 million views, drawing attention around the world, especially in Central and South America. Their anniversary year has flown by, and it will be a night of joyful and exciting performances that will make your heart leap.
