Charity project “PLAYING FOR CHANGE” will hold a three-city Billboard Live tour, welcoming guitar legend Char, a longtime participant in the project. The project, which began in 2002, has artists from around the world singing standard numbers and delivering their sound and visuals, expressing a “global connection” that transcends borders, races, cultures, and religions. For this performance as well, Char, who since his 1976 debut has given the world such classics as “Smoky” and “Seductively Irresistible,” and who in recent years has participated in a charity song digitally released by Keisuke Kuwata, and released the album SOLILOQUY, on which he handled every aspect of production by himself, continuing to pursue expression for nearly half a century, will take the stage. Look forward to a peaceful stage delivering timeless songs that cross eras and borders in a one-day-only session.
