From a deep understanding of roots music honed through collaborations with Zydeco king Clifton Chenier, to the ethereal tones he creates with his innovative playing, that sound can be heard on hundreds of recordings, including works by John Mayall and Ama Thomas.

Through tours with Buddy Guy and John Hiatt, collaborations with ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro, and contributions to Shemekia Copeland's Grammy-nominated album, among many other projects, he continues to evolve to this day.
