Kana Hanazawa will hold Billboard Live performances for the first time in two years. Since making her voice-acting debut in 2003 in the TV anime LAST EXILE, she has appeared in numerous popular anime works such as Bakemonogatari, PSYCHO-PASS, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. With her outstanding acting ability and a crystal-clear vocal quality, she has attracted support not only in Japan but also from overseas, including China. On the other hand, since her solo debut with the single “Hoshizora☆Destination” in 2012, she has been actively pursuing musical activities. In addition to her signature crystal voice, she continues to captivate many listeners with a variety and quality of songs crafted by a strong lineup of writers, including producer Katsutoshi Kitagawa (ROUND TABLE) with whom she has collaborated many times. The 2023 Billboard Live performances were part of a Tokyo-Osaka tour, with the Tokyo show held on her birthday, turning it into a special concert wrapped in a celebratory mood. And this time, she will tour three venues, including Yokohama—her first appearance there.
