Akko (My Little Lover), whose voice is brimming with transparency and captivates listeners, and composer-arranger and music producer Satoshi Takebe will host a special session stage. Akko, who celebrated her 30th anniversary since debut last year, has built a brilliant career while valuing an organic lifestyle, including environmentally conscious tour goods production. In recent years, she has centered her live activities on self-produced performances, and her voice and message resonate across generations. On stage with her is Satoshi Takebe, a keyboardist/arranger who has worked with numerous artists and has served as music director for Yumi Matsutoya’s concert tours since 1983. He has produced artists such as Hitoto Yo, Miki Imai, Ken Hirai, and JUJU, and he also handled the music for Studio Ghibli’s Kokuriko-zaka Kara. In recent years, he has served as music director for the film The First Slam Dunk and for Yuzuru Hanyu ICE STORY 2023 “GIFT,” and in the Billboard Classics Premium Orchestra Concert series he has produced Hiroko Yakushimaru, Takaya Kawasaki, and KREVA, among others.
