With dynamic expressiveness and technically adept playing, Yukko Miller—a saxophonist poised to lead the next generation—makes her entrance. While she has shown her prowess on numerous stages, she has also been broadly active, appearing on TV programs and composing and performing music for commercials. On her major debut, Grammy-winning Ronnie Plaxico served as sound producer, and on other projects, David Matthews contributed as arranger and pianist, underscoring her deep connections with esteemed artists. This time, it’s a stage shortly after releasing a new album, and all eyes are on what kind of sound she will deliver.
