Billboard Live Yokohama will host a concert where two pianists, Ken Oi and Gohei Nishikawa—renowned for captivating audiences with brilliant performances—will present their solo works as well as a two-piano duo.

Ken Oi, who moved to Germany and the United Kingdom from childhood and began performing at 13, has shown a wide range of activities since his major debut, including TV and commercial appearances, publishing works, and nationwide tours. In June he released his latest album, reBUILD.

Gohei Nishikawa has been active in New York for 20 years. In addition to concert activity at venues such as Carnegie Hall both in Japan and abroad, he has contributed music to commercials and films, and performed at the closing ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics; he is attracting attention as the seven-finger pianist.

On this special stage bringing together two of Japan’s leading pianists, this Christmas season is sure to be even more special.
