A lavish collaboration between Fumio Itabashi and Kuniyuki Takahashi will present a New Year’s Live at Billboard Live Yokohama. Fumio Itabashi leads Japan’s jazz scene and has in recent years been active in a wide range of projects centered on his trio “FIT!”, including jazz orchestras, sessions, and film music. Kuniyuki Takahashi, based in Sapporo, has been actively performing around the world in recent years, earning high praise from both domestic and international audiences for his unique style that blends improvisation with dance music. The collaboration of these two who continue to be active across broad fields is a must-see. In addition, it has been decided to welcome Criko Kushian, who is drawing worldwide attention in the electronic music scene, which will allow for an even more distinctive sonic world.
