Overview
Marine, Asia’s songstress who captivates with outstanding vocals and positive energy, takes the stage with world-renowned guitarist Jiro Yoshida, who performs on the world stage. Marine, who came to Japan from Manila, Philippines at the age of 19, released albums Deja Vu and Magic in the 1980s, each selling over 200,000 copies, and has continued to enchant listeners as a singer. With dynamic live performances and an enchanting voice, she has carved out a unique position as a jazz vocalist, and the one-of-a-kind performance woven by her voice together with Yoshida’s widely acclaimed guitar playing is something you should savor to the fullest.
