Masatoshi Ono, renowned as one of Japan’s most dazzlingly clear high-tone vocalists, makes his Billboard Live debut. After debuting in 1992 with “Pure ni nare,” his 3rd single “You’re the Only…” became a massive hit, selling over 1.14 million copies, earning nominations for that year’s music awards and a performance on NHK’s 43rd Kōhaku Uta Gassen. Since then, while continuing a solo career famed for solid vocal ability, particularly in ballads, he opened in 2010 “Total Voice Training: Vocal School Bisse ~ Beautiful Voice (Bese) ~,” earning praise for precise instruction and an approachable personality. As he marks a major milestone—the 30th anniversary of his musical activities—he will host a special stage featuring SINON as a guest, who had performed with him on “SINGING RADIO.” Please enjoy an exquisite moment as his beautiful high-toned voice fills the club space.
