Al Mackey All-Stars
Al McKay Allstars plays music of Earth, Wind & Fire
Overview
Al McKay, the renowned guitarist who helped sustain Earth, Wind & Fire's golden era, takes the stage with a lavish band.
Al McKay officially joined Earth, Wind & Fire in 1972, earning a Gold Disc with 1973's "Head to the Sky," and, with 1975's "A Challenge to Darkness," the album topped the Billboard 200 for three weeks and achieved triple platinum, playing a pivotal role in the band's breakout.
With razor-sharp guitar cutting, he became a keystone of the band's sound, and he also contributed to composing the mega-hit songs "September" and "Sing a Song," helping to power their peak years. Look forward to a happy & gorgeous stage packed with classic hits.
