Keyboardist, trackmaker, and producer Kan Sano makes his debut at Billboard Live. A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a Piano major in Jazz Composition, he has participated in live performances and recordings with artists spanning nationalities and genres, including Chara, UA, m-flo, SKY-HI, and Tabito Nanao. His original style, blending jazz and classical elements, has drawn attention, and in addition to providing music for films, TV dramas, and various companies, he has appeared at major festivals both domestic and international, such as Fuji Rock Festival, Rising Sun Rock Festival, Asagiri JAM, Monterey Jazz Festival, and the France World Wide Festival. While he leads the beat-music scene as a new-generation beatmaker, he is also highly regarded for his improvised solo piano performances. On the Billboard Live Yokohama stage, his high artistry and skill are sure to be on full display.
