Overview
Carlos Toshiki, who rose to fame as the vocalist of Omega Tribe and is now pursuing a solo career, returns to Japan from Brazil for the first time in three years to perform onstage at Billboard Live. He’s the man who produced numerous hit numbers that defined the 80s and 90s, including the theme song “Aquamarine no Mama de Itai” for the trendy drama Dakishimetai!, which became a huge hit. In June 2022, he released a sequel book, “1986 Omega Tribe / Carlos Toshiki & Omega Tribe: The Secrets of Crystal Sound,” following the previous title “Kiyotaka Sugiyama & Omega Tribe: The Truth of 35 Years,” and on the same day the remix best-of album “To Your Summertime Smile” was also released. For this highly anticipated performance, top studio musicians will come together to add sparkle to the show. Don’t miss this premium night that presents his full range alongside the era’s many hit numbers.
