Since their major debut in 1997, the POP’N SOUL band NONA REEVES, known for their steadfast, triangle-based lineup that has kept shining, are returning to Billboard Live after about a year. This time it’s a commemorative tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their major debut. They have sublimated influences from soul, disco, 80s pop & city pop into a refined sound that has captivated listeners across generations. With a deep knowledge of and love for pop music in their hearts, Gota Nishidera—active in TV, radio, writing, and as a producer; Kensuke Okuda, who also pursues solo activities as ZEUS; and Shigeru Komatsu, a session musician who has supported numerous artists—these three have walked a history of more than a quarter century.
