With a floating vocal quality and a musical sense that transcends genres, Asako Toki delivers a fresh take from jazz to pop, making her comeback after about a year. Songs such as “How Beautiful,” “Waltz for Debby,” and “Gift ～You Are Madonna～” have been used as commercial songs, sparking much talk. It’s still fresh in memory that her 2021 release Twilight showcased her unchanged delicate pop sensibility. For this show, Yokohama will feature TENDRE, a versatile multi-instrumentalist active in a wide range of projects, as a guest; Osaka will feature Yasuyuki Horikome, whose sweet singing voice captivates audiences, as a guest. In addition, among the supporting members is Ryo Konishi (CRCK/LCKS, Zouminsha), who works across various styles in a borderless manner, serving as music director onstage with the Special Band. As she continues to broaden her activities, please enjoy her performance alongside a star-studded lineup of guests.
