DIMENSION, one of Japan’s premier instrumental groups, will make their Billboard Live Yokohama debut on stage. Since their 1992 debut, they have released one mini-album, 33 original albums, and three live DVDs. DIMENSION has paved the way for Japan’s instrumental scene and continues to attract a large following. Even after becoming a two-person lineup in 2020—guitarist Takashi Masaki and saxophonist Kazuki Katsuta—their momentum has shown no signs of slowing, and their latest album ‘33,’ released in 2022, won Jazz Japan magazine’s Jazz Japan Award 2022 (Album of the Year, Fusion category). Having reached 30 years since their debut, their latest performance as they push into the next phase is a must see.
