Singer-songwriter Hana Spring, whose background is in jazz and soul music, makes her first appearance at Billboard Live Yokohama with her latest album SOZO. Born to a jazz guitarist father and a jazz singer mother, she began pursuing music seriously after graduating from high school, taking part in sessions and recordings with a variety of musicians. Since her major debut in 2009 with the single "明日また、笑えるように," she has been energetically releasing songs and performing live. She has served as an opening act for visiting international artists such as Erykah Badu, The Roots, and Musiq Soulchild, and has expanded her field by providing backing vocals for MISIA. Moreover, this concert will feature guest appearances by Ruto Kasahara (Vo), Chan-Mika (Rap), and Emi Tawada (Vo). Celebrating her 15th anniversary since debut, it promises to be a premium stage where you can savor her increasingly refined soulful voice in an intimate space.
