Def Tech, a popular unit that fusionizes Japan and Hawaii, will hold a winter Billboard Live performance to celebrate its 20th anniversary since formation and 15th anniversary since debut in 2020. The 1st album, Def Tech, which contains “My Way,” recorded 2.8 million copies sold as an indie release. Since resuming activities in 2010, they have attracted a wide fan base with a sound that has become more powerful and freer, made their first appearance on YouTube’s THE FIRST TAKE with “My Way,” and surpassed 45 million views. They also served as the official song for Japan’s national surfing team NAMINORI JAPAN. On September 15, 2023, they released the digital single “Weakends,” and with a sound where the grandeur of nature coexists with urban sensibility, Def Tech continues to gain even more support. The winter Billboard Live tour, titled “The Timeless Summer,” is a must-see!
