From a young age, she began performing in the entertainment industry, appearing in commercials, dramas, and films across diverse media. From July 2009 for eight years, she was a member of Momoiro Clover Z, graduating in January 2018. Since then, as a solo artist, she has released music and undertaken nationwide tours, pursuing a wide range of musical activities. Anka Ariyasu continues to expand her career. Her first Billboard Live performance is a special show where she delivers authentic jazz. The collaboration features internationally active jazz pianist Takeshi Ohbayashi, who has performed with artists such as Jose James and Nate Smith and who also serves as MISIA’s bandleader. The performance will feature a band lineup comprising vocals, piano, bass, and drums. Please enjoy Anka Ariyasu’s new chapter in the same space.

I can finally announce it!

I’ve watched many people’s lives at Billboard Live and the Blue Note, and I’ve always dreamed of one day standing on this stage and singing.

Jazz, one of the kinds of music I’ve cherished and prepared for with care, is something I’m truly excited to share with you all!

For me, next year’s February 2024 live tour isn’t a finish line where a dream is realized; it’s the starting line of my “Jazz Note” that begins now.

I’m still learning, and this will be a big new challenge, but I’m very happy to have the opportunity to perform in sessions with wonderful musicians who are active internationally.

Let’s all enjoy it together♪ I’ll do my best with “Dubiduba”!!
