CRCK/LCKS, a five-piece band comprising Ryō Konishi, Tomomi Oda, Mei Inoue, Shunsuke Ochi, and Shun Ishiwaka, makes their first appearance at Billboard Live. Centered on Ryō Konishi, who returned from music study in the United States in early 2015, the band was formed in April of that year. Since releasing their debut EP, CRCK/LCKS, in 2016, they have been actively performing at domestic music festivals and touring. They have drawn attention for a distinctive sound rooted in jazz technique and unique songwriting. Meanwhile, each member has served as a supporting musician for various artists, broadening their scope as performers, and their solid technique has earned them keen attention from all directions. A virtuosic collective that continues to update the current pop-music scene, they bring a performance brimming with a love of music—look forward to their latest stage.
