We’re presenting a special session stage with singer-songwriter chay—whose down-to-earth lyrics have earned wide empathy from listeners—and composer-arranger and music producer Satoshi Takebe.

Having aimed to be a singer since childhood, she began composing on the piano in elementary school, picked up the guitar when she entered university, and after performing on the streets, made her CD debut in 2012. Her February 2015 release, “Anata ni Koi o Shite Mimasita,” was selected as the theme song for a TV drama. Beyond her music career, she has worked as a fashion model and made her acting debut in the film “Dance with Me,” making her activities diverse and wide-ranging.

Joining her on stage is Satoshi Takebe, a keyboardist, arranger, and music producer who has worked with numerous artists and has served as the music director for Yumi Matsutoya’s concert tours since 1983. He has produced for Yo Hitoto, Miki Imai, Yuzu, Ken Hirai, JUJU, and also contributed music for Studio Ghibli’s “From Up on Poppy Hill.” Recently, he has been responsible for the music in the film “THE FIRST SLAM DUNK” and served as the music director for “Yuzuru Hanyu ICE STORY 2023 ‘GIFT’,” expanding his repertoire even further.
