Taking the stage for the first time at Billboard Live Yokohama, Takeshi Nakatsuka—whose multi-talented artistry encompasses a wide range of music with a funky and powerful sound—will perform with the emerging big band Igaban BB, led by trombonist Makoto Igarashi, for a power-packed debut on this bill.

Nakatsuka continues to display his versatile prowess in works such as the track “JAPANESE BOY,” used at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games opening ceremony and captivating audiences with its striking sound, as well as last year’s 20th-anniversary album Parade. At the forefront of today’s music scene, he will deliver a powerful, cutting-edge stage with Igaban BB, the big band led by Makoto Igarashi, with whom he collaborated on his 2013 10th-anniversary solo album Big Band Back Beat.
