Galileo Galilei, a rock band from Wakkanai, Hokkaido, makes its Billboard Live debut.

In 2008, they won the inaugural Grand Prix of the teenage artist music competition “Senko Riot” (the music Koshien), and later made their major debut. Songs such as “Natsuzora,” the opening theme for Ookiku Furikabutte: Summer Tournament Arc, and “Aoi Shiori,” the opening theme for Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai, became smash hits. After ending activities with a one-man at Nippon Budokan in October 2016, they announced a restart in October 2022, and this year they continue with abundant creativity and vitality—performing in a cross-bill event with the separate band BBHF (which also includes Yuki Ozaki (Vo/Gt) and Kazuki Ozaki (Dr)), touring seven cities nationwide, and even releasing two thematically distinct full albums, MANSTER and MANTRAL, simultaneously.

BBHF’s January Billboard Live performance is still fresh in memory, but this stage will be a “Christmas Party” that colors the holiday season in a festive way. A setlist aligned to the theme will be prepared, delivering a premium, one-night-only performance.
